The Privacy Policy aims to provide the data subject (individual) with information about the purposes for which personal data is processed, the applicable legal basis, the scope of processing, protection, and the processing period at the time of data collection and while processing the data subject’s personal data.

General Provisions
  1. Personal data refers to any information about an identified or identifiable individual.
  2. The Privacy Policy applies to the protection of privacy and personal data for the following groups:
    • Individuals – “Liatroma” customers.
    • Individuals whose personal data is processed on social networks and is related to marketing activities organized by “Liatroma”.
  3. “Liatroma” takes care of its customers’ privacy and personal data protection, respecting their rights to lawful personal data processing in accordance with applicable laws – the Personal Data Protection Act, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  4. This Privacy Policy applies to data processing, regardless of the form and/or environment in which the customer provides their personal data (in person, on the “Liatroma” website, in paper format, or by phone).

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

  1. “Liatroma” processes personal data for the following purposes:
    • Providing services and selling goods;
    • Serving customers;
    • Handling claims;
    • Identifying the customer;
    • Preparing and concluding contracts;
    • Managing payments;
    • Supplying goods and providing services (contractual obligations);
    • Developing new goods and services;
    • Advertising goods and services;
    • Retaining customers, increasing loyalty, and conducting satisfaction surveys;
  2. For business planning and analysis;
  3. For customer security;
  4. For other specific purposes for which customer consent has been obtained by providing specific data to “Liatroma.”

Categories of Personal Data Recipients

  1. “Liatroma” does not disclose personal data or any information obtained during the service provision and the validity of the contract to third parties, except:
    • Based on the clear and unambiguous consent of the customer;
    • To persons specified in external laws upon their reasoned request, in the manner and extent provided by external laws;
    • In cases specified by external laws, to protect “Liatroma’s” legitimate interests, for example, by applying to courts or other country institutions regarding a person who has violated “Liatroma’s” legitimate interests.

Transfer of Personal Data

  1. “Liatroma” does not transfer personal data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for legitimate business purposes, ensuring that the respective third parties maintain the confidentiality of the personal data and ensure the applicable protection.
  2. “Liatroma” has the right to transfer personal data to “Liatroma” suppliers, subcontractors, strategic partners, and others who assist “Liatroma” and its clients in carrying out commercial activities and fulfilling cooperation.

Personal Data Storage Period

  1. “Liatroma” stores and processes customer personal data as long as one of the following criteria applies:
    • As long as the contract with the customer is valid or the service is provided to the customer;
    • The data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
    • Until the customer’s request is fully reviewed and/or fulfilled;
    • Until external legal regulations allow “Liatroma” or the customer to exercise their legitimate interests (for example, by providing feedback or filing a lawsuit);
    • Until “Liatroma” is legally obligated to retain the data;
    • Until the customer’s consent to process the respective personal data remains valid, if no other legal basis for processing is available.
  2. Once the circumstances mentioned in paragraph 8 are no longer valid, the customer’s data will be deleted. Audit records are kept for at least one year from the date of their creation.

Customer’s Rights to Access Personal Data and Other Rights

  1. The customer has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data, as stipulated by law.
  2. In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to request “Liatroma” to allow access to their personal data, as well as request “Liatroma” to supplement, correct, delete, or restrict processing concerning the customer, or the right to object to the processing of data (including personal data processing based on “Liatroma’s” legitimate interests), as well as the right to data portability. These rights are exercised to the extent that data processing is related to “Liatroma’s” obligations under applicable laws and executed in the public interest.
  3. To exercise their rights, the customer may submit a request electronically by sending an email to info@liatroma.lt.
  4. Upon receiving the customer’s request to exercise their rights, the customer’s identity will be verified, the request will be examined, and actions will be taken in accordance with the law.
  5. “Liatroma” will respond to the customer by email, to the contact address provided.
  6. “Liatroma” ensures the implementation of data processing and protection requirements in accordance with the law, and takes necessary actions to resolve customer complaints. However, if this is not successful, the customer has the right to contact the supervisory authority – the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
  7. “Liatroma” undertakes to ensure the accuracy of personal data and relies on its customers, suppliers, and other third parties who provide personal data, ensuring the completeness and correctness of the transmitted personal data.

Customer’s Consent for Data Processing and Right to Withdraw It

  1. The customer gives consent for the processing of personal data, based on consent (for example, for receiving commercial messages, or personal data analysis), by performing actions to place an order on “Liatroma’s” website and mobile devices, or elsewhere where “Liatroma” organizes marketing activities.
  2. The customer has the right to withdraw their consent to data processing at any time in the same manner in which it was given.
  3. Withdrawing consent does not affect the processing of data that was carried out during the validity period of the customer’s consent.
  4. After consent is withdrawn, data processing based on other legal grounds cannot be stopped.

Commercial Messages

  1. Sending commercial messages related to “Liatroma” and/or third-party services, and other messages unrelated to the provision of services (such as customer surveys) is carried out by “Liatroma” in accordance with the procedure set by external laws or based on the customer’s consent.
  2. Communication, including sending commercial messages, can be carried out by “Liatroma” using automatic calling systems or electronic communication tools.
  3. The customer gives consent to receive commercial messages from “Liatroma” and/or its partners by performing actions to place an order on “Liatroma’s” website and mobile devices, or elsewhere where “Liatroma” organizes marketing activities.
  4. The customer’s consent to receive commercial messages is valid until it is withdrawn (also after the termination of the service contract). The customer can unsubscribe from further receiving commercial messages at any time by:
    • Sending a request by email to info@liatroma.lt;
    • Using the automated option provided in the commercial communication to unsubscribe, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of the relevant commercial message (email).
  5. “Liatroma” will stop sending commercial messages as soon as the customer’s request is processed. The processing of the request depends on technological capabilities, which may take up to five working days.
  6. By expressing their opinion in surveys and providing their contact details (email address, phone number, etc.), the customer agrees that “Liatroma” can contact them using the provided contact information in relation to the customer’s feedback.

Website Visits and Cookie Management

  1. “Liatroma” websites may use cookies:
    • Cookies are files saved on users’ computers by websites to identify the user and simplify their use of the website. Web browsers can be configured to alert the user about the use of cookies and allow the user to choose whether to accept them. Not accepting cookies does not prevent the customer from using the website, but it may limit the customer’s ability to use certain website features;
    • “Liatroma” websites may contain links to third-party websites, which have their own usage and personal data protection rules, and “Liatroma” is not responsible for their completeness.

Other Provisions

  1. “Liatroma” has the right to change and supplement the Privacy Policy, as well as to make it available to the customer, by publishing it on the “Liatroma” website.
