The goods are delivered within 3-4 days after receiving the payment.

The return of purchased items is possible in accordance with the 2012 March 15 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 4-243 “Regarding the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated 2001 June 29 order no. 217 “Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items” amendment.

When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

• The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
• The returned item must be fully assembled;
  • The returned product must be undamaged by the Buyer and must not have lost its merchandise appearance (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
  • When returning the product, it is necessary to present the purchase document, the warranty card (if it was issued).
  • Electronics are non-returnable
  • Individual orders are returned only with the sender’s permission/shipping costs covered.

If the listed conditions are not met, the manufacturer reserves the right not to accept the returned goods.

If the buyer ordered the wrong size product due to his own fault, the product can be exchanged for another one for an additional fee (shipping costs).
